Styling

We design and style weddings and events in Staffordshire and Cheshire.  We work with our clients, listen to their ideas or requirements, use our experience and offer suggestions to deliver designs that are clean, modern and elegant.

We have a wide range of styling options available for all aspects of your event.  Ceremony decor, backdrops, chair drapes, centrepieces, seating plans, name cards and napkins.  Everything you could need to make your event one that your guests will remember.

If you choose Vintage Venue, we want you to know that we will take as much care of your event as you would do yourself.

Floristry

We have a huge range of fresh and faux flower options for centrepieces.  This is something that is ever growing.  We do a lot of research, looking for emerging trends to make sure that we are able to offer a collection that is actually what the customer wants.  We also love it when our couples send their own images, from social media or pinterest.  We are always looking for new ideas. This keeps us relevant.

We are also able to offer fresh and faux bridal bouquets, buttonholes and pocket squares.

Signage

 We offer seating plans and signs to compliment your theme.  We create personalised signage using a range of materials like mirrors, blackboards, stained or painted wood, and perspex using either  printed cards, vinyl transfers or hand-lettered details.  We offer easels or metal frames to display your signs along with either fresh or faux flower or foliage arrangements to style them.

To keep the costs down and to reduce waste we like to reuse all of the wood, perspex and mirrors used for our signs, so prices quoted will always be for hire unless otherwise requested.

We also offer a range of place cards and table numbers.

Hire

All of the items on our price list are available to hire.  We are constantly reviewing and updating our collection to ensure we are able to offer quality products that we are  happy to work with that are on-trend and meet couples' demands.

  • Aisle carpets, lanterns, floor standing floral arrangements and plinths for trees or tall floral arrangements are available to create the most beautiful runway for your special day.

  • These are a passion of ours. We have a number of frame options available that we are able to dress on the day to reflect your style and palette. Unique and individual, they create a statement, the perfect spot to say "I do".

  • We offer linen sashes and chiffon drapes in a range of colours that are able to be styled in a number of ways. From a simple, elegant vertical drop tied either with a ribbon or sprig of fresh foliage to a luxurious, romantic basket weave. Chair dressing is a part of the layering that makes memorable weddings and events.

  • We have a range of luxurious faux flower centrepieces that are perfect for those looking to make a statement and who love the look of big floral arrangements but don't want the expense, or waste of fresh flowers. We are also well known for our love of simple, natural designs using candles and foliage or bud vases with fresh flowers. The options are endless and we are committed to finding what is right for you.

On the day

We love it when clients' trust us and give us the freedom on the day to do what we think to achieve the best results possible.  This is when we excel. 

This is something often commented on by the venues that recommend us.  Our attention to detail is what sets us apart from other suppliers.

Preparation ahead of the day is key.  This really is a labour of love for us.  We do our own laundry, ironing, flower preparation, and hand-lettering of wedding signs.

On the day, you can rest assured that you always have us, the business owners, dressing your event so standards never slip. 

We are always early.  Dress the event.  Stay and do the room turnaround, where required, and then collect everything the next morning meaning that all you need to do is relax and enjoy your day knowing that you are in safe hands.

Want to have a chat about your wedding or event?

  • We mainly cover Cheshire and Staffordshire.

  • Prime dates for weddings are often booked 2 years ahead and more, so once you have booked your venue it’s never too early to secure the date for your chosen vendors.

  • We take a non-refundable date reservation booking fee to hold your date in our calendar, this is then deducted from your invoice balance which is due for payment 6 weeks before your event.

  • Yes, we often take bookings to reserve your date and work out your requirements when you know what you are looking for.

  • Yes, we can adjust your quote to accommodate changes up to 6 weeks before your event date.

  • We do have a minimum spend for weekends and peak season dates, we offer more flexibility with mid-week and off peak times, please contact us to enquire.
